COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sanyo Machine STNM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schunk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensorex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schunk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schunk such as the MSEB40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C700 manufactured by Sensorex and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensorex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 307138 by Manufacturer Schunk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand XMLF002D2025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schrader such as PND112821 equipment made by Schrader have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schrader products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schrader" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OP320TM made by Selleton.com as well as the popular LCD150034 original spares produced by Schenck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T260 by Sensordata and PND112821 spares by Schrader are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FAA100821 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schrader. |
